Hello 👋 

I'm Isadora, I'm a London based UX Researcher currently helping to make the work of our users in warehouses better as part of our end-to-end grocery shopping solution. I have a background in Architecture, Film & Digital Media and Marketing & Business.
I think of UX Research as a strategic agent in companies, and I'm enthusiastic about doing research collaboratively, working closely with stakeholders to meet business goals.

I'm a life-long learner, and I'm passionate about transferring skills from one field to another. I enjoy problem-spotting as much as solving, which drives me to Research and Strategy in product development. I enjoy working independently, but I love being part of a team that questions my assumptions and makes me think in different ways.
I'm curious about Human Behaviour, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences and Neuroscience, and I keep looking for new methods to better understand how humans navigate life.
I dream of technologies that give people their time back so they can do more of what they love, and that help them explore new ways of connecting with themselves and others.
